Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction/ Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course 

Course details:

  • 2 hours a week, for 8 weeks

  • A full day of Mindfulness exercises and discussion

  • A course booklet and Mindfulness recordings

  • £250 for the course

Starting 1st October for 8 weeks (with a break 21st October).

.b Foundation Course 

It takes elements of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course also the .b  course for young people. It has been written specifically for those working in the field of education.

Course details:

  • The course is made up of 8 sessions of 90 minutes ideally one lesson a week.

Mindfulness for Creativity 

To enhance creativity you need to have an open but disciplined mind that can notice and collect new ideas and concepts so that they can be integrated. The next step is to have the courage to follow your ideas and the resilience to cope with any setbacks along the way.

The Mindfulness practices in the course foster these three skills.

Course Details: 

  • There are 4 lessons in the course, each lasting 90 minutes

Mindfulness for young people

 

Paws .b course for 7-11 year olds

6 sessions of 45 minutes   

.b course for 11-18 year olds

8 sessions of 60 minutes.

  • Learning is done through powerpoint, video clips, breathing exercises and group discussions.

  • Teaching is one-to-one

  • If you have a group in mind I would be happy to offer the course

  • When taught in schools it forms part of PSHE

  • One to one session £45
