Ways that mindfulness can support them in all
areas of their lives.
The feedback from the children has been that it gives them valuable support in a wide range of experiences from playground issues, arguments with siblings, sports matches, dance exams and listening to what parents are saying first time round!
Paws.b is a primary school version of the .b course for adolescents and has been written for children aged between 7-11.

Schools - £75 per classroom per lesson
Private small groups £20 pp per lesson
Private lessons one on one, £50 a lesson.
There are 6 lesson split into 12 sessions of 30 minutes each or 6 sessions of 45 minutes. Lessons are taught through powerpoint, video clips, breathing exercises, discussions and exploration. When taught in schools they can form part of PSHE.
£540 per classroom per course for 12 weeks 30 minutes a lesson or £450 for 6 60 minute lessons.
£100 per person per course for groups outside of school
one to one sessions are £45
