We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not, simply return it to us, in its original condition with your receipt, within 10 days of purchase, and we will gladly find you a replacement or refund your money.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Products may be returned for a refund or exchange:
By post in accordance with the following procedure:
- Repackage the products securely and send the products together with the reason for return, the invoice number, your email address or telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
- You will find the Returns address on the paperwork that arrives with your order.
All unwanted goods must be in resalable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact. All returns are made at your risk and cost and must be made within 10 days of receipt of the product.
If you are returning an incorrect or damaged item from anolivebranch.co.uk we will refund the original invoice charge for the item and your return postage costs to your payment card.
We recommend that for all returns you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Please note that if you request an alternative product you will need to place a new order for this item. Due to technical restrictions we are unable to dispatch a product without charging for it so if you request replacement goods you will be refunded for the original item and charged again when the replacement is ready for dispatch.
