Welcome to anolivebranch frequently asked questions (faqs) 
Here we try to answer the most common questions that spring to peoples minds when they visit our website. We hope your question is covered here, but if it isn't do not hesitate to drop us a line at support@anolivebranch.co.uk and we will aim to get back to you with a reply within 24 hours.
How do we know how much we are raising? Each
month your chosen charity will keep you updated with how much they have raised with your shopping donations, and how they are using these valuable funds
How long does it take for my donation to be made to my chosen charity? Donations are made to the
charity partners within one calendar month of payment being received.
How do you decide which Charities to support? You can be assured that anolivebranch is very selective about the charity partners it works with. We strive to build close relationships with some of the finest charities in the UK. We work closely with them and are proud of our partnership. Our Charity Partners are committed to making anolivebranch a success.
Why are there different % donations for different retailers? Generally the amount a retailer is willing to pass onto another website as a commission for directing customers to their website tends to reflect how big they are! Thats why you will tend to see smaller % donations from some of the more well known retailers.
I already have an account with a retailer in your department store. Can I still make donations to my chosen charity when I log in? As long as you access their website through the anolivebranch department store, donations will still be made to your chosen charity.
Will you deliver abroad? Yes. anolivebranch will deliver all products to anywhere in the world at cost of shipping - we do not make any money out of delivery. 95% of our retail partners will also deliver across the globe.
Can anolivebranch be used at work? Definitely. Think of all the flights and hotel rooms that you and your colleagues book at work each year. Imagine how much we could raise for your charity if they were all booked through anolivebranch. Send an email to all of your colleagues right now with our weblink!
How do I update my personal details? Login using entering your email and password, then select ‘my details’ and amend accordingly
Do I need to alter my browser settings to make donations when I shop at retailers in the department store? You need to check that your browser settings allow cookies. Cookies are small tracking codes that tell the retailers website that you have come from anolivebranch. Without them they wouldn’t know to pass the donation onto us.
Do I need to register to use anolivebranch? You do not have to register to shop here and donate with every purchase to our charity partners. If you choose not to register we will simply pass your donation onto our Charity of the Month. If there is a particular charity you wish to support we ask you to register. Without that information, we don’t know who to pass your donation onto.
What will you do with my personal information? We use your information solely for managing the charity donation process. We will never supply the personal details of ours members to any person or organisation outside of anolivebranch. We meet all requirements of Data Protection law and guarantee that you will not receive any unsolicited contact from a third party as a result of joining us.
My favourite charity is not listed When we decided to support a select group of partner charities it was always a very difficult decision on who to partner. We limit the number of charities so that the donation levels are significant and can make a real difference to people lives. We can assure you that our charity partners are all fantastic causes to support.
The retailer I like buying from online is not in your department store Please contact us with which retailers you would like to see in our department store and we will see if there is space!
